Return & Cancellation

Thanks for showing your kind interest in Anand Jolliz! We count your effort as valuable for us! Anand Jolliz believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellation

Anand Jolliz allows customers to cancel their placed order within the processing status only. Once your order status is moved to shipped, it will not be cancelled. A mistakenly placed order will not be exchanged or refunded. If we do not receive payment for the placed order, we can cancel the order at any time without any prior notice.

Anand Jolliz shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods in conditions like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots, or any cause that is beyond controllable as a single business entity.

2. Returns

Once your order is delivered to you, under any circumstances, there will be no exchange or refund possible, except according to the place of the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the original invoice or receipt within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the order will not be received. Once your return request is processed, you will be notified by us.

3. Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, after receiving back your purchased product, you will be informed. Refund teams will inspect the product and evaluate the product conditions and the standard of refundability. Once your refund is approved, it will be generated and credited through the original mode of payment within 14 days.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

In case we have delivered you the wrong product(s), it shall be your responsibility to inform us within 2 business days through an email at info@anandnamkeen.com. Make sure that you return the product(s) in their original packaging, invoice, or receipt, along with a note, within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail/ ship your product to: RS. No. - 1020/4p2, Ahmedabad - Palanpur Highway Road, Opp. Flora Hotel, Dharevada, Banaskantha, Gujarat - 385210.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. We request that you ensure that, while returning the items, they are packed properly so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged while they are in transit.

6. Order Cancellation

We hold the right to cancel or refuse any order(s) placed for a product(s) that is listed with an incorrect price for any technical or manual reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment is made. Don’t worry, the entire paid amount shall be refunded, and you shall be informed of the same.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defines the terms and conditions of using the website, we, at our sole discretion, could cancel such orders.

Anand Jolliz reserves the right to alter or modify any of the terms and conditions of this policy without assigning any reason or providing any intimation whatsoever. The Anand Jolliz decision on the above would be final, and you shall abide by it unconditionally.
